ITM is a closed-door, quarterly membership. These terms explain how enrollment, billing, and the drops work — read them before you join.
01The membership
ITM Collection LLC ("ITM") operates as a tiered quarterly apparel membership. Tiers (ITM, iSPY, Deep ITM) are available for purchase only during published enrollment windows. iSPY and Deep ITM are member-only and are never sold publicly. Membership grants you the pieces described for your tier each quarter you are enrolled.
02Enrollment & billing
- You are billed at the price shown for your tier at the time of enrollment.
- Subscriptions renew per the cadence you select (quarterly or annual) until cancelled.
- You may cancel before the next enrollment window to avoid the next charge.
- Prices and tier contents may change for future windows; changes never apply retroactively to a quarter already paid.
03Personalized goods
iSPY and Deep ITM pieces are made to order and personalized with data you submit and ratify. Once you lock your data for a quarter and production begins, the order is custom and treated as final — see our Returns Policy for the limited exceptions.
04Accuracy of data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the portfolio data printed on your garment. We render what you ratify at the review step. ITM is not liable for data you mis-enter or fail to correct before locking.
05Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to access member areas you aren't entitled to, or resell member-only pieces in a way that misrepresents the brand. We may suspend membership for abuse.
