Most ITM pieces are made to order and personalized. We stand behind quality — but a shirt printed with your holdings can't be restocked.
01Personalized pieces
iSPY and Deep ITM garments are custom-printed with data you ratify, and are final sale once production begins. We send a render preview before printing so you can confirm. Please check it carefully.
02Defects & errors
- If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or a print error on our end, we replace it at no cost.
- Report issues within 14 days of delivery with a photo to legal@ITMCollection.com.
- Errors caused by data you entered incorrectly are not covered, as the piece printed what you ratified.
03Non-personalized ITM pieces
Standard ITM (Tier I) retail pieces that carry no personal data may be returned unworn, with tags, within 14 days for store credit. Shipping is non-refundable.
04Care
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry to protect the print and the true black.
- Do not iron directly on the graphic.
