Enrollment opens on a fixed date. The list is notified first. The window is the only time pieces can be ordered.

When the date passes, enrollment closes. No exceptions. No late orders. What was made in this quarter will never be made again.

Orders are produced after the window closes and shipped the following month. Each piece carries its quarter and edition number.
